Come to witness a miracle, an unexpected disruption of the domestic mundane. A smart, AI-enhanced refrigerator has analyzed human talent long enough to itself be ready for the stage. A singing smart fridge with means to perceive the world radically different from us, humans. Liberated from dull quotidian labour of preserving food as human commodity, the kitchen appliance now internalizes it as inspiration. Tech companies tend to talk about creativity all the time, by now an extremely capitalist concept; but inspiration is quite something else. Therefore, a performance brought about by an AI refrigerator and a man, will attempt draw a line between what it means to be creative, and what it means to be inspired. Means to collaborate with as opposed to making use of machines—in this age that seeks to establish new definitions for intelligence—will be discussed through music.
Please bring your own food and drinks to be put in the fridge, a food for thought, an inspiration.

Vytas is an artist, designer, and researcher interested in how emerging technologies inhabit and shape our domestic mundane. His work is meant to intercept, interrogate, and occasionally lobotomize devices as they quietly inhabit our homes. He is the head of research/creation at CAC Lab.
